“Sweet Summertime” is a newly built (June 2021) 3/2 beachside bungalow in the Lafitte’s Landing subdivision in Crystal Beach. Private community beach access is a quick 5 minute walk from the house. Bring your golf cart or rent one and use the cart path to drive right onto the beach! 3 king bedrooms make this home perfect for 3 couples or 1-2 families. Great outdoor space for entertaining with a hot tub, lots of seating, grill, fish cleaning station and an outdoor shower!
Good to know
New home nicely appointed with comfortable king-sized beds in every room, a fully stocked kitchen, stackable washer/dryer, plenty of outdoor seating, outdoor shower and foot wash, 7 person HOT TUB, and all linens and towels included. Bedroom 1: King bed with en-suite bath Bedroom 2: King bed (shared bath) Bedroom 3: King bed (shared bath) Living Room: 2 Couches Sleeps 8 guests total Starlink high speed WiFi with smart TVs and YouTube TV service. The large covered porch is a great space for outdoor dining or head under the house to entertain and listen to the waves. Plenty of parking in the driveway and under the house.
House Rules
*Must be 21 or older to book, no exceptions! *We allow one dog only, under 30 lbs. Must be approved prior to booking!! $100 one-time non-refundable pet fee. Sorry, no cats. *Check out time is strictly enforced. Guests overstaying will be assessed an additional nights rent. *No cancellations due to weather unless an evacuation order is issued. Trip insurance is strongly encouraged. *Hot Tub Rules: Enter at your own risk. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries resulting from voluntary use of the hot tub. No guests under the age of 14 allowed in the hot tub unsupervised. Do not set temperature above 104 degrees. Make sure to keep cover on to retain heat when not using. Do not sit or place items on top of the cover. Do not remove floater or filter. Please shower off before entering the hot tub. Ocean water will contaminate the water in the hot tub and sand is extremely hard to get out. Lotions and suntan oil will cause the water to foam up. We also have a foot wash located in front of the stairs to help remove sand from your feet. The hot tub is professionally serviced weekly. If it is left excessively dirty, requiring an additional service call, an extra fee of $50 will be assessed.

Private community beach access is a short walk or golf cart ride away. There’s plenty of golf cart rental places, but if you plan on bringing your own, make sure you get a beach parking pass!
